Increase sleep quality

Vibro Acoustic Therapy can improve relaxation, similar to deep breathing and meditation, both of which are recognized for their ability to help with falling and staying asleep.

Increase circulation

Low frequency vibrations (20 -120hz) create micro-movements in tissues. These movements gently compress and relax muscles and blood vessels, stimulating widening of the blood vessels. This encourages improved blood flow, especially in peripheral areas like the legs and feet.
